100% PROUDLY NZ OWNED & OPERATED What started as a tiny seed can become the most incredible life progression. Opening a door may seem like such a small move, but the result of that can be an elaborate process that allows for an outworking of your innermost creativity. This is what has happened for me and Virgin Jewels. A tiny peek into the world of making individualized jewelry pieces and I was smitten. I am a self confessed addict now, able to remain at my work bench for hours on end, completely engrossed in my work and oblivious to the passing of time, food aromas, even little people’s voices fade as pieces seem to come alive in my hands. Virgin Jewels … Upmarket, on-trend, fashion jewellery and complimentary accessories which are accessible, affordable and sort after by every day women… original and creative, an outworking of some of the trappings of my heart. I have believed for a very long time that the process is as significant and impacting as the result. So, for me, I am enthused from the moment a new idea for a piece of jewellery comes to me. How liberating to have this delightful opportunity at this moment in time, to express a part of me out loud. My aim is that you would find treasures to reflect a little bit of you from this collection of works. Life has a way of attaching itself to you so that you carry it with you wherever you go. For me, thoughts expressed in words are like jewellery, we adorn ourselves with them, they can be powerful expressions of who we are. A little word window into the inspiration behind Virgin Jewels is noted here.

Take what you will… • Fashioned from the clay of the earth and the kiss of His mouth • Life is like smoke through a keyhole • If I had another shot at life, I would seize every minute, look at it and really see it, live it, and never give it back • I have learned a great truth – that true nobility is usually a silent and lonely affair, unaccompanied by the trumpeted fanfare of acclaim. And more times than not, it wears rags. • The sun on the hill forgot to die, and the lilies revived and the dragonfly came back to dream on the river. • There are people with fair complexions and beautiful faces with spirits as twisted and gnarled as a burr oak. The comely ones [are] the ones with beautiful souls • I came to love you late, O beauty so ancient and new: I came to love you late • If you could pack for heaven, this was how you’d do it, touching everything, taking nothing.

I appreciate my customers who have chosen to express a little bit of themselves with my jewellery. Please note, all chains can be modified to suit your personal requirement. Thank you!
